This is my second year with TacAct. The interface has improved in several areas. The entry and import process was flawless. The ability to customize the input significantly improved. The chat feature was great. AI initially explored the issue and quickly transferred to an agent to resolve the issue without additional steps. Great experience with a somewhat complex return.
