I have used Tax Act for the last five years. I like how it brings back the previous years records - and you are able to compare the differences. I had to declare some Stocks - and I have no clue what Categories these stocks were. I was full of anxiety - but on two occasions contacted Tax Act help. Both times the Representatives were able to show me where I could obtain information for the stock inputs. These Representatives were also very patient with me flustering around. Also - the response of a Representative answering the call was within a minute. Thank you.

Software is easy to use. Login nice. Remembers everything from last year. Walks you through each step. The one work around for the retirement non-taxable for N Y S return, I had to chat on phone: easy and helpful. Thanks. Filing was breeze, and tax refund in my bank in a couple days
