We found that there are TWO CHARGES for doing our 2025 taxes on our card. We have sent them TWO EMAILS for a REPLY. They are IGNORING OUR REQUEST. I am about ready to contact the credit card company and get them involved!!! As to they should be able to get a reply. If I would have known about this DOUBLE CHARGE and LOW REVIEWS FROM CUSTOMERS I WOULD HAVE NOT USED THEM. And we are Military, but they do not care about anyone EXCEPT COLLECTING MONEY FROM PERSONS THAT USE THE SITE. Be forewarned. User's recommendation: Rethink using TaxAct for federal and state filing.
