Mostly good - some Pros/Cons

Pros: AI is helpful Cons: - paid for expert assist but none forthcoming from chat on July 13. - Alerts fduring filing prompted to add attachement, which I did, but on pressing submit at the end required me to start over again. Either allow it work seamlessly or else short circuit back to the start if adding attachment must really break flow. - TaxAct is not supported by Morgan-Stanley: please work with them to fix this or I may have to switch to TurboTax.

I Love TaxAct, they find all the tax breaks out there, they are definitely for the customers. its fast, reliable. and will use every year for my taxes. Great prices too, if you need to fill additional paperwork. Thank you!
