I have been using Tax act since around 2002. I love the ease in which the platform is, and how inexpensive that the filing is even if you are someone who has deductions. The only thing i would change about the setup of Tax Act is that i would eliminate all the up selling that happens at the end of the filing. It is unnecessary for most consumers to say "no thanks" so many times to the upgraded service. However that is the name of the game to make money as a company. I just think it is a bit annoying.
