I have used TaxAct to file my taxes for over a decade and never had a problem. I tried using a professional in-person service a few years ago and they charged me way more money for far fewer services. I recommend TaxAct to all of my adult children, relatives, friends, and colleagues.

The good part was yoy read some of my forms. The bad part was I am not familiar with navigation on your site - you need to lay out a site file and display all options so I canfind them without fishing around.

The way the site operates its easy to get lost where you are in the filing process. Especially if you have to select the "back" button. If you go back in change information, it also doesn't always reflect right away. You have to go back further and clear out additional info to change input on one portion of data. I did enjoy the easy to read information tabs throughout the filing process.
