Client Portals has the features you need to provide appointment-free tax preparation. The following guide will walk you through the steps for purchasing, configuring, and using your new Client Portals subscription.

You can purchase a Client Portals subscription by visiting the Client Portals product page.
You will receive an email notification that your subscription has been activated. When you launch the TaxAct Pro desktop application, click on the Portals tab. Alternatively, log into My Account on your web browser and click Client Portals.
Once your account has been enabled, you can review the interface and configure the settings that you want to use. There are a variety of settings that can be enabled depending on what features you would like to use in your office.
