TaxAct Professional customers can update information within their TaxAct account by signing into their account here: https://www.taxact.com/auth/. If you would like to update Firm, Preparer or Client information, you must sign-in to your TaxAct Professional Software to make these changes.

Important: To the extent your request relates to your clients’ tax return information, such information cannot be modified after e-filing — unless the IRS rejects your e-filed tax return, or you file a later amendment.
