Email your questions to a support specialist by visiting our Contact Us section. There is no cost to receive support via email. You should receive a response in 1-2 business days. 

You can also take advantage of Phone Support to have our support staff guide you through technical issues and tax situations specific to your return. Technical support and tax help by phone is included with Basic, Plus, and Premium versions of our consumer programs. Free Edition customers can simply up-grade to one of our other packages (Basic, Plus, or Premium) to qualify for unlimited phone support. Starting with the 2015 tax year, phone support is included with all 2015 Preparer's Editions once payment for product has been received.
