How Do I Optimize My Download with My Dial-Up Connection?

If you are using a dial-up connection and are trying to download the full TaxACT program or an update to a previously installed program and experience difficulties with disconnects or time-outs, please use the following tips:
Try your download again. We have multiple download servers in various locations. Perhaps you are experiencing an issue with reaching a certain geographical location. Trying again will cause you to be assigned to a new download server.
Try using a download manager to assist with your download.
We also offer the TaxACT program in CD format. You may contact our Sales department and we can cancel your "Download" order and replace your order as a CD order (shipping and handling charges will apply).
