If you have started an online return from within your TaxAct® Account and decide you want to start over you will:
Click on My Account in the upper right-hand corner of your account dashboard. In the drop-down, select the Add Return option. Once you have done so, you will get the option to choose which product you wish to use.
If you decide that you want to delete an online return from within your TaxAct Account you will:
Click the radio button to the left of the return you wish to delete. From your account screen you may then click the Delete button when it appears.
Please note: For record keeping purposes, a return cannot be deleted after it has been printed and paid.
