If your browser locks up when trying to view a PDF document, try configuring Adobe Reader to launch PDF document in a new Window, instead of within browser:
Quit Internet Explorer or AOL.
Start Acrobat or Adobe Reader.
Choose Edit > Preferences.
Choose Internet in the list on the left.
Uncheck Display PDF in Browser, and click OK. (See image below)
Restart Internet Explorer or AOL.
In Adobe Reader -- Edit > Preferences:

You have been successfully added to the TaxAct Do Not Sell list.
