In some instances, temporary internet files can disrupt access to secure websites. If a page fails to load or you experience difficulties signing in to your account, clear your temporary internet files, including cookies and browser history. Most of the time this resolves the issue.

Before clearing the cache, leave the TaxAct website. Staying on the TaxAct website will keep the cached file (where the problem originates) in your browser history. This will prevent a resolution, since old files cannot be removed while in use.
