Electronic Filing goes through TaxACT, to be transmitted to the IRS. The electronic filing module is included in the TaxACT Preparer's Edition.

An Electronic Filing Identification Number (EFIN) is required to submit returns professionally through TaxACT, and we must be provided with IRS EFIN verification. If you don't have an EFIN already, or you have not sent IRS EFIN verification to TaxACT, see below for more information.
