Occasionally, difficulties arise when you are attempting to Install an update or State module from within the TaxAct® program. TaxAct can generate an error code if it cannot connect to our server. Please check your network connection to ensure you are connected to the Internet. Should you continue to experience problems please go to our Updates Page to download and install from our website.
NOTE: State updates contain the full State Module. You will be required to provide your Customer ID Number and Password to login and will be directed back to the Download Page to choose your state again.
