Updating Your Credit Card Information

To update your payment information for an existing pre-order:

  1. Sign in to your TaxAct Account online.
  2. Click Orders and Downloads.
  3. Select Update Credit Card Information (you may need to scroll down).
  4. Click the Order ID and follow the on-screen instructions to update your payment details.
