To update your payment information for an existing pre-order:

1. Sign In to your TaxAct account. 
2. After signing in, choose the Orders and Downloads tile.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click update credit card information
4. Locate the Order ID and click it to update the credit card information
5. The next page will allow you to update the credit card information. Once you've entered the new information, click Update Card Info. This page will also provide additional details about the order below the credit card information.
