To add a dependent who was not claimed on the federal return, you will need to go to the Basic Info tab, click on Dependents, and add a New Dependent. Enter the dependent information and then continue forward. For the Dependent Type, you will need to select "Not a dependent this year", so this person will not be listed on the federal return but will be transferred to the Arizona return.
