Practice Information Not Saving Successfully In The Professional Program

If Practice information (Practice name, address, etc.) is not saving successfully when entering it in the Preparer Master Information section of the Professional program, you can try and go through the following steps.
Click on Preparer > Master Information > Preparers > Click on the pencil icon beside the preparer's name > In "Preparer Info" click on "Use My Practice Information" if that box is unchecked. This option may need to be clicked on several times, checking and unchecking the box. Once this process is complete, go back to Preparer > Master Information > Practice and enter the Practice information. This should now allow the Practice information to be saved successfully.
