You may not be seeing the TPG refund options when filing your client's return because:
- You need to scroll down. The Fast Cash Advance option may be lower on the page than your screen allows you to view without scrolling. Please check to make sure that you have scrolled down all the way.
- Your client's return may not be eligible. Check with Santa Barbara TPG for return qualifications.
- You may not be enrolled. You must specifically request this option in order to be eligible to offer the Refund Advance. If unsure, contact TPG to confirm. You can also enroll on our website.
