Fixing AGI Rejection on a Mobile Device

To fix the rejection for prior year AGI/PIN mismatch on a mobile device:

  1. Sign in to your account, then click View All Returns.
  2. Open the return, click Filing on the left, then click E-file.
  3. Continue through the steps until you reach a screen titled We recommend using your 2019 AGI to verify your identity.
  4. Make the appropriate selection and continue through the steps.
