The installation process for TaxAct Professional 2019 Editions has been simplified.

The new TaxAct Professional Installer will download and run the installation for each product you've selected at once. Along with that increase in efficiency, the installer will let you know which products are not yet available. When they become available, we'll let you know. 

To install your products:

1. Download the TaxActProfessionalSetup.exe file*
2. Once the download has finished, click the filename on the toolbar to run
3. If you see a prompt stating the app you're trying to install isn't a Microsoft-verified app, click "Install anyway"
4. If you see a prompt asking if you want to allow this app to make changes to your device, click Yes
5. You should now see the Welcome screen of the new TaxAct Professional Installer
6. Follow the steps to select your products, download, and install. You will be asked if you want to launch the TaxAct 2019 Professional Editions after all available products selected are finished.

Note: You will need a TaxAct Professional account in order to sign in to the 2019 software. If you haven’t yet purchased your 2019 software you can still use 2019 in Evaluation mode. If you are an Enterprise user (including online storage), we highly suggest you purchase your software prior to using 2019 to avoid complications with setting up your Practice.
