When your order completes, your purchase is ready to download from Your Games and Software Library on your computer. If your purchase includes a Product key, one is displayed under the item's title, and it will also be included in your confirmation email once the order is complete. You need this key when you're ready to install your game or software. For more information about downloading your purchase, go to Download and Install Your Order.
After completing the TaxAct product order on Amazon.com, you will receive a confirmation email with the voucher code and activation instructions.
You will then see a Start Download button on the order confirmation page. When downloading a Casual Game, you see instructions to install the Amazon Games & Software Downloader if you don't already have it. The Downloader is a helper application that streamlines the download of casual game files. To install the Downloader, follow the onscreen instructions, or go to Install the Amazon Games and Software Downloader.
For most other games and software items, the software will be downloaded through your web browser. If you don't download and install your item at the time of purchase, you can also do so from Your Games & Software Library:
For all other games and software items, the software is downloaded directly through the web browser, then saved to the default location for downloads on your browser. When your download completes, click Install to start installation. Follow the onscreen instructions.
Tip. If your purchase includes a Product key, one is displayed under the item's title in Your Games and Software Library. You are prompted to enter this Product key during the installation process.
