If you have a client with a return that was filed but his/her Fed EF Status column is not showing a result, you can refresh this information.

To update the Fed EF Status column:

  1. Open the Client Manger, then right-click the client in question.
  2. Click Update Fed EF Status.

If you do not see this command on the Client Manager menu, please make sure your professional program is updated.

Note. You can make changes to one client at a time using the Update Fed EF Status menu option. No multiple selections are allowed.
