To populate Form 990-EZ Short Form Return of Organization Exempt From Income Tax, Section V, Line 33:

1. From within your TaxAct return (Desktop), click Federal. On smaller devices, click in the upper left-hand corner, then click Federal.
2. Click Other Information in the Federal Quick Q&A Topics menu to expand, then click Governance management and disclosure.
3. Continue with the interview process to enter all of the appropriate information.
4. On the screen titled Governance, Management, and Disclosure - Governance Changes, select Yes, then click Continue.
