Previewing the 1040 Form - Online

To preview your return you may use the following instructions to view a PDF copy of your Form 1040.

  1. From within your TaxAct return (Online or Desktop) click Federal. On smaller devices, click in the upper left-hand corner, then Federal.
  2. Click Summary under Federal.
  3. Scroll down and click the Preview Form 1040 button
  4. Click the Preview button to view a PDF of the Form 1040.

Note. The return will be watermarked View Only and cannot be paper filed. To print a copy without the watermark you may do so from the Print Center or from the Filing menu after the product fees have been processed.
