We offer two purchase options for the federal business programs: as a separate product (online or desktop), or in a bundle (desktop only) with our 1040 product (because a Sole Proprietorship is reported on a 1040, it is not offered as a bundle).

The TaxAct Home & Business Bundle includes one business federal e-file:

• Form 1065 - Federal Partnership Return
• Form 1120 - Federal C-Corporation Return
• Form 1120-S - Federal S-Corporation Return

as well as:

• One business state e-file
• Five 1040 federal e-files
• One 1040 state e-file
