Downloading and Saving Files from Client Xchange

To download and save files from Client Xchange:

  1. Navigate to your client list and click Go next to the client.
  2. Select the folder where the file is saved.
  3. Click on the file name to start downloading the file.
  4. After the file is finished downloading, double-click on the download file to open and save to a secure location.
  5. Repeat the above steps for each file you'd like to save.

Instructions for your clients:

  1. After signing into Client Xchange*, select the folder where the file is saved.
  2. Click on the file name to start downloading the file.
  3. After the file is finished downloading, double-click on the downloaded file to open and save to a secure location.
  4. Repeat the above steps for each file you'd like to save by Monday, October 31, 2016.
