Signing In From A New Location

We take account protection seriously and will email you whenever we don't recognize your location. You may receive this email when:

  • You sign in to your TaxAct Account for the first time on a different computer, phone, or browser.
  • Your IP address has been changed by your internet provider.

If you’re aware of the sign-in change, no action is required. If this doesn’t seem right, sign in to your TaxAct Account, then click the My Preferences tile to review your recent locations or to change your password.
