Signing In From A New Location

  • You sign in to your TaxAct Account for the first time on a different computer, phone, or browser
  • Your IP address has been changed by your internet provider

If you’re aware of the sign in, no action is required. If this doesn’t seem right, sign in to your TaxAct Account and click the "My Preferences" tile to review your recent locations or change your password.
