To activate your Serve card, follow the instructions below to complete the online set up.

• Open the email you received with the subject 'Please setup your online Account'
• Enter your Date of Birth and SSN
• Create a Password
• Create a four-digit PIN
• Select a Security Question
• Accept the Privacy Statement

After completing the online set up, you will be prompted to activate your card. You can activate your Card online at serve.com. You will need the card number and the three digit CSC from the back of the card.

Once your card is activated, you can follow the prompts for additional information about your Serve Card.
