To receive your verification code via mobile phone as a text message: (standard text rates apply)
- Sign in to your TaxAct Account.
- Click the My Preferences tile.
- Click (manage) next to Mobile Phone, edit your phone number, and then click Update Phone. A verification code will be texted to you. Enter the code within one hour to verify your phone number. To enter the code later (or to request a new code), click Unverified next to Mobile Phone.
