It’s quick and easy to change your TaxAct account password or the answers to your security questions.

To update your TaxAct Password or the answers to Security Questions when you have access to the account:

1. Sign In to your TaxAct Account
2. Click the My Preferences tile
3. To change your password, click manage next to the Password field
4. To change your security questions and answers, click Change Questions and Answers in the Security Questions and Answers section.
