You may not be seeing the Republic Bank Refund Advance option when filing your client's return because:

  1. You need to scroll down. The Refund Advance feature may be lower on the page than your screen allows you to view without scrolling. Please check to make sure that you have scrolled down all the way.
  2. Your client's return may not be eligible. Check with Republic Bank for return qualifications.
  3. You may not be enrolled. You must specifically request this option in order to be eligible to offer the Refund Advance. If unsure, contact Republic Bank to confirm.
