You will receive a Welcome email within a few minutes that prompts you to set up your Online Account. There will be a unique link in the email that you can click on to set this up. Setting up the Account is necessary to access features such as Direct Deposit, Online Bill Pay and Subaccounts. 

Your Serve Free Reloads Card can be used for purchases once you receive and activate it. The Card will arrive in the mail within 7-10 days after you sign up.
