Form 8594 - Number of Forms Supported
1

TaxAct does support Form 8594 Asset Acquisition Statement Under Section 1060 in the Form 1040 (Individual), 1041 (Estate and Trust), 1065 (Partnership), 1120 (Corporation), 1120S (S-Corporations) program.  Per the IRS schema for electronic filing of returns, they will only allow one copy of Form 8594 to be electronically filed per return.  If in your situation the return requires multiple copies of the form, the only option is to manually complete the additional copies and attach them to the return.  This situation would then require you to paper file the return.

Below are the instructions if you prefer to complete each form in the program, print it off and then delete the form so you can recreate it to create the additional copies needed.  Alternatively you can use these steps to create the first copy of the form in the program and then CLICK HERE to access a fillable form on the IRS website for your additional copies.
