Form 1120-S - Schedule B, Mark "Yes" for Question 10

If question 10 on Schedule B or Form 1120S is marked 'No' when it should be marked 'Yes', use the following instructions to change the entry.

  1. From within your TaxAct return (Online or Desktop), click Basic Info.  On smaller devices, click the menu icon in the upper left-hand corner, then select Basic Info
  2. Click Corporation Info 
  3. Continue until you reach the page titled Schedule M-3 Filing Requirement
  4. Uncheck the box for filing Schedule M-3, if appropriate, based on the requirements for filing Schedule M-3
  5. Click Continue to save your choice
