How to create PDFs of returns:

ATX
  1. Check the box next to the client return(s) you want to create as a PDF.
  2. Select "Returns: Batch Print Marked Returns" in the main menu.
  3. A list of returns will appear in a pop-up window (in which you can select additional or deselect returns). Click Batch Print Marked Returns.
  4. Click the Printer Setup link and select "Adobe PDF" as your printer. Click Print.
  5. In the next window where you can edit the file name, select "Save PDF File As." Click Save. Repeat this step for each return.
Drake
  1. From the main screen, select Print in the toolbar.
  2. In the Return Selector window, check the box next to the client return(s) you want to create as a PDF. Click Print.
  3. Select the returns, forms, worksheets, etc. you want to create as a PDF. Click Next.
  4. Select "Adobe PDF" as your printer. Click Print. Enter a file name and click Save.
  5. If you selected more than one return, repeat steps 3 and 4 for each client.
Intuit ProSeries
  1. From your Homebase page, highlight each return you want to create as a PDF.
  2. Click the File menu, then Print.
  3. On the left side under "From Homebase," make sure "Print Selected Returns" is selected.
  4. In the "Print to:" category, check the box for "File (PDF)." Click Print.
TaxSlayer Pro
  1. Select Print Returns in the main menu and select "Option 1: Print: Individual returns."
  2. Check the box next to each client return you want to create as a PDF.
  3. Select number of copies in the print option box. Click OK.
  4. Choose "Adobe PDF" in the Printer drop down. Click OK. (The "Printer Port" location is where your files will be saved.)
  5. Enter a file name and click Save.
TaxWise
  1. From the File menu, select Classic Print: Classic Print Returns.
  2. Choose Username in the drop down box.
  3. Check the box next to each return you want to create as a PDF.
  4. Select number of copies in the print option box. Click Print to PDF.
  5. Select a prefix and Save.
