If you have difficulty submitting e-files using your prior year versions of TaxAct, yet can submit current year returns, please make sure you have updated those versions.
If the issue persists after running updates we suggest trying the alternate upload method for the prior year submissions. It will allow you to securely submit the e-file record to our website and transmit the return.
