TaxAct supports the entry of up to four Forms 1095-A Health Insurance Marketplace Statement. Form 1095-A is not e-filed with the return; however, the information is transferred to Form 8962 Premium Tax Credit (PTC) for purposes of the Premium Tax Credit. If you have more than four Forms 1095-A, the information can be combined. For instance, if multiple Forms 1095-A are for a shared policy allocation, you can combine these forms. Do not combine a non-shared policy Form 1095-A with a shared policy Form 1095-A.
