When you print organizers for your clients, prior year amounts will only show if the prior year return imported correctly, both returns have the same forms, and the forms have amounts in the same fields.

If the Organizer has fields with no amounts in them, it could be because one of the forms doesn't have an amount in that field. For example, if you imported a Form 1099-DIV Dividends and Distributions from 2021 into a 2022 return, and there is no income on the 2022 form, but you did not delete the 1099-DIV from the 2022 return, you might see a field with no amount.
Verify the Print Applicable Organizers and Print Selected Organizers options you chose to make sure they are correct. In the area to select an organizer, go through sub-categories such as Income Organizer.
If you cannot determine the specific condition for an amount, please provide us specific information about what information (what type of income or expense, lost, deduction, etc.) is not showing.
