Anyone who prepares and files Oregon Personal Income Tax Returns for compensation must be licensed with the Oregon Board of Tax Practitioners; unless they are a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Public Accountant licensed by the Oregon Board of Accountancy, or a member of the Oregon State Bar.
