Form W-7 - Entering ITIN Application in Program

To enter or review Form W-7 Application for IRS Individual Taxpayer Identification Number:

  1. From within your TaxAct return (Online or Desktop), click Federal. On smaller devices, click the menu icon in the upper left-hand corner, then select Federal
  2. Click Basic Information in the Federal Quick Q&A Topics menu to expand the category and then click Form W-7 - ITIN Application
  3. Click +Add Form W-7 to create a new copy of the form or Review to review a form already created. A window will open for you to enter the information directly on the form.
