To separately report more than one foreign country for (Schedule K-1 (Form 1065), Box 16A or Schedule K-1 (Form 1120-S), Box 14A), you would need to create a separate Schedule K-1 and only complete Box 16 or Box 14, respectively.

Schedule K-1 (Form 1065), Box 16A

  1. From within your TaxAct return (Online or Desktop), click Federal. On smaller devices, click in the upper left-hand corner, then click Federal.
  2. Click Business Income in the Federal Quick Q&A Topics menu to expand, then click Partnership income (Form 1065 Schedule K-1).
  3. Click + Add Partnership Schedule K-1 to create a new copy of the form or click Edit to review a form already created.
  4. Continue with the interview process to enter all of the appropriate information.
  5. On the screen titled Partnership - Business Name, enter the Partnership name and the Partnership ID number, click the Enter a foreign address link, select the country from the Foreign country drop-down, then click Continue.

Schedule K-1 (Form 1120-S), Box 14A

  1. From within your TaxAct return (Online or Desktop), click Federal. On smaller devices, click in the upper left-hand corner, then click Federal.
  2. Click Business Income in the Federal Quick Q&A Topics menu to expand, then click S Corporation income (Form 1120S Schedule K-1).
  3. Click + Add S Corporation Schedule K-1 to create a new copy of the form or click Edit to review a form already created.
  4. Continue with the interview process to enter all of the appropriate information.
  5. On the screen titled S Corporation - Corporation Name, enter the S corporation name and the S corporation ID number, click the Enter a foreign address link, select the country from the Foreign country drop-down, then click Continue.
