It can be difficult to locate the Federal Quick Q&A Topics when you have not fully completed the Federal Q&A interview.

To pull up the Q&A Topics, click Federal on the left to expand, click Summary, then click Federal again. On smaller devices, click the menu icon in the upper left-hand corner, then select Federal.

These steps will make the program "think" you have completed all of the Federal Q&A topics.
