With certain versions of the Google Chrome browser, some forms that show personal data will print in a way that masks the data so it isn't visible. Instead of the expected information, a black box appears.
To fix this, you can sign out of your return and sign back in using Microsoft Edge or Firefox, or you can update your Chrome browser, and then the form should print correctly.
