The worksheet in the TaxAct^® program titled "Federal Form 1040 Other Income - Supporting Details for Federal Schedule 1 (Form 1040) Line 8" is a TaxAct worksheet and not an IRS form.

There are two lines to enter descriptions for miscellaneous income and the amount for each item. If you have more than two income items to list, you could combine two entries on one line and provide the amount for each in the description line.

Note. The Description field has a limitation of 35 alphanumeric characters.
