IRS Section 7216 Frequently Asked Questions limits tax return preparers' use and disclosure of information obtained during the return preparation process to activities directly related to the preparation of the return.

To print the consent forms, click Preparer in the top menu (while in the client's return), then click Print Consent Forms. You will be able to select the consent forms for Republic Bank.
