To enter the information for the fields on the Client Manager tab:
- Right-click your mouse on the client record you wish to modify
- Left click on Edit Client(s) Information
- When you are done revising the information, click Save and Close to save the changes
Various information can be modified on this screen.
In the Taxpayer section (Client Information for business returns), you can edit:
- Taxpayer Basic Information
- Phone Number
- Email Address
In the Return Information section, you can edit:
- Return Status
- Payment Status
- Amount Paid
- Date Delivered
Please note, there may be a short delay before you see the updated information in the Client Manager fields.
