Form W-2 - Filing Multiple Copies

You can add additional W-2s from the W-2 summary screen in the TaxAct® program. After entering information from your first W-2, click Add on the Your 2018 W-2 forms screen. This screen will continue to appear after each W-2 is entered. When you are finished entering all of your W-2s, click Continue.

To navigate directly to this screen:

  1. Click Federal. On smaller devices, click in the upper left-hand corner, then choose Federal.
  2. Click Wages and Salaries in the Federal Quick Q&A Topics menu to expand the category, then click Wage income reported on Form W-2
  3. Click New Copy of Form W-2 (Desktop users click Add) to create an additional Form W-2
