The tax summary is a TaxAct feature that lists items calculated or entered in your return, with dollar amounts for various categories that impact your return, broken down by category.
To view your tax summary in the TaxAct program:
Online:
From within your TaxAct return (Online), click the vertical ellipsis menu at the top of your screen, then click Refund Snapshot.
Scroll down to the Federal or State section, and click Summary View or Illustrated View to see the results in different formats.
Desktop:
From within your TaxAct return (Desktop), Federal Refund: $XX at the top right of your screen.
Scroll down to the Federal or State section, and click Summary View or Illustrated View to see the results in different formats.
