The Professional Electronic Filing Report is presented when the Refresh icon is clicked in the Professional Reports section. The Professional Electronic Filing Report contains the status of all e-filed returns.

The Submission ID Number displayed on that report does not automatically transfer to Form 8879 IRS e-file Signature Authorization. You can enter the ID number on Form 8879 in the program after the return is accepted by the IRS, or manually enter the ID number on a printed hard copy.
