Report IPERS (Iowa Public Employees Retirement System) in Box 14 as it appears on the Form W-2 document.

If you qualify for the Retirement Savings Contribution Credit,  manually enter the Box 14 IPERS amount as a contribution to a retirement plan.

To enter Form 8880 Credit for Qualified Retirement Savings Contributions information in your TaxAct® return:

1. From within your TaxAct return (Online or Desktop) click Federal. On smaller devices, click the menu icon in the upper left-hand corner, then select Federal
2. Click Other Credits in the Federal Quick Q&A Topics menu, then click Retirement savings contributions credit
3. The program will proceed with the interview questions for you to enter or review the appropriate information
