There are a couple of reasons your most recently ordered products wouldn’t show up on your download page:
First, you can check the anticipated release dates to make sure that your product has already been released and is available for download. The products will only show up and be available for download if they have been released.
You may have placed the order under a different account than the one you are using to login and download from. You should have received an e-mail confirmation shortly after you placed your order. You can reference this email to confirm which account you should use to login. If you cannot locate this e-mail, you may request this information by filling out a Customer Service Request Form.
